About the Project

Project Overview

MultiCultiMed (Project No. 2024-1-PL01-KA220-HED-000251323) is an international initiative carried out by six universities from Poland, Spain, Slovenia, Cyprus, Ukraine, and Germany. The project was launched in response to the growing demand for culturally competent healthcare professionals and the need to modernize educational systems across Europe.

The project addresses key global challenges — migration, aging populations, and health inequalities — through an innovative and integrated approach to multicultural education. It equips students not only with theoretical knowledge but also with practical tools to foster empathy, understand diversity, and work effectively in multicultural teams.
